What are the Radha Soami Teachings?

Since Baba Gurinder has been the new satguru at Beas, the teachings have clearly been changed.
Traditional radha soami teachings state that there is a place called Sach khand. This is the fifth spiritual
region and is the goal of every folower.

The disciple meditates and if he does so successfully - leaves his body (i.e. the 'soul' leaves the body)
and go to the astral world (first region) where it meets the radiant form of the master. The master then
guides the soul through the higher regions till it reaches Sach Khand.

Once your soul reaches Sach Khand - you are a SANT. If you choose to bring others to Sach Khand you are then called a Sant Satguru.

These are the traditional teachings of Radha Swami and Sant Mat.
The new master, Gurinder, has amalgamated these with 'enligfhtenment teachings' which are very different. The net result is that the new Radha Soami is a hybrid teaching.

This confuses the hell out of most disciples because you cannot combine opposites without appearing totally contradictory.

And the new radha soami teachings ARE contradictory.

Here's a few examples.

(1) Charity is not sant mat
The new master Gurinder has quoted this statement to justify the fact that he does not support the hospital the same way as the previous master did. That is fair enough - but in sant mat teachings you revere your master and predecessor and would not do anything against the values of the previous master.
While I agree that this is not true in zen and enlightenment teachings - radha soami has never been about enlightenment - until now.

(2) The purpose of meditation
The new master says - you will not get there by meditation - or by your efforts. Then why teach effort and why bother to give meditation? Radha Soami teachings have always stated that meditation is REQUIRED and essential to leave the body. The meaning of meditation and the purpose has changed

(3) Are there REAL regions - or are they just a metaphor?
Traditionally they are REAL. The new master says they are a metaphor.

(4) Does the master come at the time of death to save the disciple's soul?
Traditional teachings say he does. The new master says NO.

The question is - what is the disciple to make of all this? Most are so confused they dont know what to think - so they just follow blindly and avoid any questions because they are so confused.
